[seq24-users] compiling seq24 on win32 (???)

does anyone managed to get seq24 compile on windows?
I have Cygwin installed, and trying to compile seq24 (ignoring alsalib 
and jack libraries) I get an error about missing POSIX compliance for 
Realtime stuff.

has anyone ever tried to do this?
