To make seq24 toggle, you need to set it up as follows:

 0 [1 0   192   0   0   127] [0 0   0   0   0   0] [0 0   0   0   0   0]
 1 [1 0   192   1   0   127] [0 0   0   0   0   0] [0 0   0   0   0   0]
 2 [1 0   192   2   0   127] [0 0   0   0   0   0] [0 0   0   0   0   0]
 3 [1 0   192   3   0   127] [0 0   0   0   0   0] [0 0   0   0   0   0]
