to automate you'll have to edit your ~/.seq24rc

look at section 3e of /usr/share/doc/seq24-0.8.3/SEQ24.gz

when I connect the fcb to Kmidimon and then press some buttons on my 
fcb I see:

time, event kind, chan, data1, data2
11265,Program change,1,9,
10956,Program change,1,8,
10621,Program change,1,7,
10326,Program change,1,6,
10013,Program change,1,5,
9582,Program change,1,4,
9163,Program change,1,3,
8758,Program change,1,2,
7600,Program change,1,1,
7161,Program change,1,0,

but I do not get it how to make it toggle with the program change 
events the fcb sends.
