[seq24-users] Row and Column Bypass

It would be nice if it was possible to bypass arbitrary rows and
columns in the editor. This would in effect "mute" or not send the
events.

It could be a toggle at the edge of the matrix. With the mouse, you
could select more at once.

Also would be nice to select a few events and bypass them, as well.
