[seq24-users] record button

Here comes one of those questions I usually ignore when I see them on lists:

Where's the record button?

I'm trying to record MIDI events from vkeyboard, and have them play
back on amSynth.  I can open the sequence editor and write a note into
the grid with the little pencil, but how do I record from vkeybd?

I don't see seq24 in the list of readable or writable clients in
qjackctl.  Is that the problem?  Even if I did, I still can't find the
record button...
