[seq24-users] seq24 and jack transport master

i just compiled seq24-0.6.0-rc3, thanks!

i am having a issue where tempo decreases 10bpm when using seq24 and 
jack together. i don't have this problem when jack sync is disabled.

start jack: jackd -R -dalsa -dhw:0 -r48000 -p1024 -n2
start seq24: JACK transport master
