If quota has been exceeded, the user has to search trough the messages within info pane to see that he has reached his quota limit, and there's no hint what he can do to solve this problem.
even worse under Windows, there only appears the following message, and it's not possible for the user to see that quota limit was exceeded:
FATAL ERROR: Server unexpectedly closed network connection
rsync: writefd_unbuffered failed to write 4 bytes [sender]: Invalid argument (22)
rsync: connection unexpectedly closed (66 bytes received so far) [sender]
rsync error: error in rsync protocol data stream (code 12) at io.c(454) [sender=2.6.9]
