#1 Creates shortcut to shortcut

When creating a Quick Launch shortcut to an existing shortcut, the resulting Quick Launch shortcut is a shortcut to a shortcut. It should be a copy of the shortcut. It has a .lnk on the end of the name and it should not have that.
