Hello,

Scuttle is great software.
Been using the original software for a while now.
But now there are serious issues with it.
I wonder about upgrading to SematicScuttle.


  Questions about SematicScuttle

 1. Can an administrator manage and delete users?
 2. How easy is it to disable online registrations?
 3. Does Scuttle have an administration page for the website?
 4. Is it mobile friendly and responsive?

No, SemanticScuttle has no user management.

Easy, it's a config option:

$enableRegistration = false;

No. You do administration via the configuration file.

>  4. Is it mobile friendly and responsive?

The default theme is not responsive.

There is a theme on the themes list[1] which is responsive, though:
flat[2].
