Seems to be a similar problem as
https://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/sourceforge/ticket/12546

Run
$ git config --list
and post the output. The URL should begin with ssh:// and not git://.
If it does, change it to
ssh://go...@se.../gitroot/semanticscuttle/sc
