Doesn't seem to be freely licensed though, it would be worth asking the author
if he'd consider using a free license.
More importantly, all the current delicious apps should be contacted to ask
them to support SemanticScuttle - I am not sure how this is accomplished,
though.
There is a fork of the original Scuttle app that is currently worked on:

It works, but you should expect some glitches for now though.
