#145 restrict creation of structured tags (inclusion)

I just read about your plans on structured tags (inclusions).

I like the idea a lot, but I would like to see a possibility to restrict the structuring of tags to admins.
For a small site with cooperative use of bookmarks, an admin can ensure the structure is well-formed.

Additionally, the possibility to combine tags in such a way is probably vulnerable to vandalism.

Good point.

I finish the basic implementation of structured tags then will see how to add simple permissions.
