#120 Change privacy settings for a selection of links

Hi,

It would be nice to be able to change the privacy setting for a collection of tags.

A few use cases :

• a user imported a bunch of bookmarks and put them in "Private", and then wants to share them with his followers. There should be a way to change all his bookmarks to "Shared with watchlist"
• a user uses mostly 'private' links but for a specific tag wants to publish his links.
• a user imported his links and then decides to make them private
