#118 Icon for certain tags

Thanks for this wonderful app.

It would be nice if certain tags could have icons that would be shown at the right of title of the bookmarks (at the right or the star (Certified by an admin user).
The tag and icon coud be specify in the config.php file.

I would use it to show the difference between software and webapps in my sc.
