#115 search: drill down to tags

When searching for a keyword, currently the text is searched only, not they tags.

It should work this way:
1. search for keyword "typo3": get results that have the tag typo3 set, and those that have typo3 in their text (title, description)
2. there is a link "tags only" that shows only results that have the tag "typo3" set

Still need to figure out what to do with several keywords
