Lots of problems with pagenames with non alphanumeric characters in it (I didn't know it was possible)
This deosn't work in this example because of the apostrophes and commas returned, and there is a issue with this truncating the last 2 members of the list.
* The apostrophe's in any part of XML are not getting escaped which leads to XML validation error. This is fixable
* The single quotes are affecting database queries in non semantic queries. Also fixable I think.
* There will also be issues with Page names with ","'s in them being recognised as multiple parts of the list - this will silently fail. This is possible to fix but a bit harder.
* Hypergraph can't deal with disconnected networks, it also looks like it wants to have a single node it can start at. (Graphviz much better for this). I can't fix this at all - workaround would be to create some kind of top level node and relate everything to it (this could be done in whatever template is used. This is probably the easiest thing to get this to work. I.e. in projects have a semantic link to the category page and then use that
