#8492 Add image error
lets I have some image at the hdd.
1. Drag&drop image to add it to post.
2. Delete it from post.
3. Edit image in some external editor, save it with the same name.
4. Drag&drop image to post again.
5. I see that image doesn't changed - semagic get it from cache. I must restart program to see updated image.

That is the behavior of IE WYSIWYG editor. I do not see an easy way to fix it.
Perhaps it makes sense to add "Refresh" button for editor?
