#5160 Community Post Tag List Memory

When making a post Semagic saves tags to taglist.txt - it does this regardless of lj-user or community.

Is it possible to turn off tag saving for communities or to have separate txt files for different users? ie, username.taglist.txt

manually create such file for particular user, it will be used if found. or do not update tags when community is selected.
