#571 unable to create folder

Using 6.0.35, I can no longer create new folders using the web UI. The button that I seem to remember isn't present in the UI any more, and when I confirm the folder name using Enter, I get an error message "Unzulässige Reihenfolge der Werte". The server logs show a warning: Undefined array key "sequence" in op.AddSubFolder.php.
I've tried to revert to 6.0.26, but the issue seems to be present there as well.

How did you do the update? Did you notice that the directory pear no longer exists and vendor is now in th root dir? Is extraPath in settings.xml still set?
