Upgraded from 5.1.1 to 5.1.5. Now on the details tab, it shows the PDF logo instead of the preview of the document. See attached file.

Is this a bug, or am I missing a setting?

You may set the programms to create the preview images in your settings.xml. It doesn't use the default anymore.
