Not possible to add a new workflow

    Hi,

    after a complete new installation of verison 5.06 it is not possible to add a new workflow. When i chosse "Add a ne workflow" at Workflow Management I can see a progress bar on the right side for a very short time, after the right side is blank, as you can see at the hardcopy.

    Any ideas?

    Very stupid error on my side. The attached patch fixes ist.
