Any manual available to setup it up correctly (organizational, not technical) ? Different questions...

Hi,
is there any manual available regarding the roles, groups, manager-role, etc. ?
I need informations regarding the dependency between keyword, categories, too. I can define a category, but this category is not listed under keyword-category.
Can I define different document types, with different mandantory attributes ?
User : How can I setup a use who can upload documents but is not allowed to access the admin area ?

Hi,
If you choose the role user when you setup the DMS, the user can not access the admin area at all.

If you want to use the keywords you can set them up in the admin area under Global keywords, the user uploading a document can select the given keywords then.

From my experience there is no dependency between the keywords and the categories. But Uwe may be able to answer this question finally.

Keywords and categories are two different things. You can add keywords and categories to a document. That's it.
