following things would be nice:
- a way to stop some tags from breaking words, while retaining them after fthighlight;
- similarly, a way to ignore some tags;
- use length of text inside specific tag instead of length of the whole document for normalization when counting score for CONTAINS queries;
- improve CONTAINS queries performance.

replace 'ё' with 'е' for russian stemmer (snowball doesn't know anything about 'ё')
