#3 Dragging a namespace on to itself breaks things

In the NamespaceBrowser, dragging a namespace from the structure pane onto itself will break things.
Also, try this with the root namespace of a package.

In fact, any drag and drop should ask the user for confirmation. They happen by accident too easily.
