Ability to delete and edit news.
A list of pages and users and the ability to edit or
delete them via clicking on the list.
At least one level of categories to put pages under to
avoid having a long list of links.
Ability to reorder links.
A basic wysiwyg editor on the pages/news.
Extend user permmissions a bit, maybe by having a
permission for each category?
