#469 Remove "regression tests" section from website

There was a mention of this on the mailing list, I looked into it - downloaded the DB locally and ran the site against it . I was guessing it might do something helpful or useful like show graphs of past test results, and the plan was to render them to static HTML and put the result in its place (even if it was out of date), but it turns out it was just a form to download entries out the database as CSV files. If the DB has to be deleted then these files should just be deleted too.
