#267 sdcc/msvc - crash due to bad compare operator in SDCClospre.hpp

Hello SDCC team,

There is a compare bug in SDCClospre.hpp that msvc complains about a bad "<" operator.

And indeed, it is broken just like in https://sourceforge.net/p/sdcc/patches/258/

The following patch fixes it up.
