I think I rebased the sdld to the 5.50.4 aslink from the upstream
in #15736

I'm still waiting to see if there are issues on some of the target
platforms for which I haven't seen regression tests.

I intentionally haven't intended to change the behavior of sdld as
there are still much bigger "design" differences than I could
guess before I started, i.e. using more code from aslink instead
of the sdld code means breaking what's currently functioning in
SDCC -- there are clearly various incompatibilities between what's
produced from upstream and what's produced and consumed by SD
assemblers and linkers.
