I'd like to pick one more commit from next to trunk for RC3:

This commit moves information from the wiki into the manual. IMO, we
need it for 4.5.0 since there will be substantial changes to the Rabbit
support after 4.5.0. So I want to have the documentation necessary for
using 4.5.0 for Rabbits in the 4.5.0 manual (not in the wiki, where it
would soon get updated to reflect the post-4.5.0 situation).

IMO, this is low risk, but important to have in 4.5.0.
