[sdcc-devel] Picking 3 fixes from the next branch to trunk for 4.5.0 RC3

I'd like to pick these 3 fixes from the next branch to trunk for RC3:

The first two are documentation fixes. The last is a fix to give an
error message on missing python in regression testing. IMO, all are very
low risk. None of the underlying issues is serious enough to delay the
release, but the issue raised in
https://sourceforge.net/p/sdcc/discussion/1864/thread/6569af6748/ is, so
if we need RC3 anyway, we might as well get started discussing fixes to
pick for it.
