[sdcc-devel] trunk hard frozen

In preparation for the 4.5.0 release, the trunk is now hard frozen:

* Any changes to trunk need to be discussed on sdcc-devel first.
* The point of the hard freeze is preparing a release candidate. But
macOS snapshots are missing again, which should be fixed before RC1.

Extra testing and reporting of results is welcome.
