[sdcc-devel] trunk soft frozen

In preparation for the 4.5.0 release, the trunk is now soft frozen:

* Small bugfixes, regression tests and documentation updates can still
be done directly on trunk
* Larger bugfixes should be discussed on sdcc-devel first
* New features should go to the branches other than trunk (for bigger
tasks, just create your own branch, as before, for small features, I'll
create the next branch meant to be merged to trunk soon after the 4.5.0
release).

Extra testing and reporting of results is welcome.
