GNU/Linux and Windows snapshots are back.

* We're still missing documentation snapshots (if the lyx on the build
machine can't be upgraded to lyx 2.4 for now, we could instead convert
the manual back to lyx 2.3 format).

* Also, macOS snapshots are missing.
