Changed geniCodeMultOneByte to return an int (not short) operand if
left&&right is char||short.

Changed genMultOneByte (in ds390/gen.c) so that it returns either a fast
uint, or a not so fast sint. The last one could be improved, but now at
least it works, which it never did before (for any port as far as I can see
it). This one could be copied to the mcs port, if someone finds an
alternative for the ap register.
