The merge of Binutils 2.30 has been causing problems with apparently a new 
dependency on zlib.

This cascades into further problems because the makefile aborts due to
these errors before uploading the snapshot or updating the web site files
from the svn tree.

I have the native development files for zlib installed now, but I still
need to cross compile zlib so that it can be found when cross compiling 
sdcc for Windows.
