[sdcc-devel] Fixing a peephole bug before the release

While working on the smallopts branch I notived that peephole 15 for
z80, z180, r2k and r3ka is broken and can result in wrong code when %5
is the same as %7.
I would like to fix this by adding the check for notSame(%7 %5). Since
this add just another condition to a peephole this fix is unlikely to
introduce another bug. It only affects the z80, z180, r2k and r3ka ports.
Is it okay to fix this now?
