[sdcc-devel] SDCC library license change to GPL+LE

Hi sdcc developers,

I already changed the license comment headres for mcs51, ds390, ds400, 
z80, gbz80, hc08 and xa51 targets.
The remaining targets are pic and pic16.

The number of files for this targets is huge, so I'm asking you to help 
me to complete this task which was postponed many times. I'd really like 
to see it completed for the sdcc 3.0.0 release.

So if you are willing to help me:
- find the author of the file - the copyright holder or the person who 
made the original cvs or svn commit of the file
- it the author agreed to change the license (see 
http://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/sdcc/wiki/Library%20License%20Selection):
    apply the new license comment header from 
http://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/sdcc/wiki/SDCC%20library%20source%20file%20license%20header, 
retaining the copyright info
- if the author haven't voted yet: send him a mail, asking if he agree 
with the license change
- if the author doesn't agree with the license change: bad luck. We 
should decide whether remove file from the lib, rewrite it or out it to 
a separate library
- fill the info for each file into

the link for each target)

I don't know how many  persons will work on this task, so before you 
start, please send a note to sdcc-devel mailing list, in order to avoid 
collisions.
