Summary: Interrupt service routine

Initial Comment:
I wrote a interrupt service routine in a c-program 
module and link with the main program module and found 
that no jump instruction results in the hex file. 
However, if the interrupt service routine is in the 
main program module. The correct jump instruction to 
the ISR was generated in the interrupt vector table.

It happens when you declare an Interrupt routine in any file other than
the file that contains main. The __interrupt_vector: table does not get
updated, nor is the interrupt added to the table.
