I' will use SDCC in conjunction with CodeBlocks IDE to teach assembly programming and mixed code developement on hc08 CPUs in a technical school. I noticed that the SDCC script (application) doesn't accept ASM sources as input files on the command line. It would be very usefull to be able (as on gcc) to list both ASM and C files on the SDCC command line and have the ASM sources passed directly to the assembler. Obviously, using C sources containing assembler uinline is not an option to teach Assembly prigramming and I would like to get the advantages of the IDE instead to assemble and link from the command line.
