[sdcc-devel] Random notes

Since yesterday the mingw binaries are built with gcc 3.3.1 (before 3.2.3).
The resulting zip-file is a little bit smaller now (well some kBytes, which
is < 0,5%).

Furthermore I updated our home page:
- documented the state of the ports, as suggested by Erik
- added Eriks' hc08 port
- removed some really outdated informations
- added links to debian and rpm packages

One year has passed by and we've got another date stamp on our home page.
Yeah! ;-)
