[Sdcc-user] New bug tracker category

    In order to help development of the pic16 port,
and to help users to submit bugs and requests
for the correct target, the 'pic' category in the
bug tracker has been renamed to 'pic14 target' and
a new category has been introduced 'pic16 target'

The new category concerns the pic16 port. If anyone
finds any bug that may be the same with the pic14 target,
I would like to ask him to re-submit it in the pic16 category.
