I'm trying to build a custom version of sdcc I got from the PJRC (http://www.pjrc.com/) web site, and it fails when trying to invoke sdcpp. When I check through the sources, sdcpp is built in the support directory, under the directory cpp2. So I tried to run configure, and it generated an empty Makefile. Any clues as to the cause? Included below is configure's output. I even tried to rebuild the configure script with autoconf, and no results. I'm running Mac OS X 10.3.1 and I made sure that I'm using gcc 2, and not 3.3. I read elsewhere that 3 has caused problems for some users of sdcc on Mac OS X.
