thanks to the "cleaned" makefiles for cpp2 I've been able to build a 
complete sdcc source from the CVS.
Apart from some formatting errors the makefiles were all that was 
nessecary for sdcc/support/cpp2 to build.
I've included the corrected makefiles in this mail.
All I need to do now is do some regression testing for this build. Is 
there any information about regression testing?
I found some documents in the /doc folder about testing but i'm not 
sure this is what I'm looking for.
