The rule 93 a in sdcc/src/z80/peeph-r2k.def is broken, since it can replace a 16-bit increment by an 8-bit one. This was found and fixed in the nosidechannels branch. In case we do an SDCC 4.6.0 RC3 for other reasons, we should pick the fix (removing the rule).
