#397 sdcc crashes on wrong prototypes

Due to a typo on my side, I found this bug.

SDCC crashes when I put the following line in the
source code:

void routine_name(void();

On win2k it causes a program error. On Slackware
Linux (kernel 2.4.18) is causes a segmentation fault.
