With the pqc branch merge a few days ago, the rotate.c.in regression test got extended to testing 64-bit-wide objects. However, this fails for hc08 and s08, so I'll disable that in support/regression/tests/rotate.c.in for now.

    Moved to feature request, since this is due to running out of memory. So we need better optimizations to pass the test.
