Our wchar.c.in test fails for test-host on FreeBSD 13.1 on aarch64, as can be seen on the snapshots page.

Having looked into it, I think this is a bug in FreeBSD, which I just reported to them: https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=272758

I opened this ticket to track the progress (and to decide if we need to disable the test for test-host, possibly conditionally depending on the host being FreeBSD <= 13.1).
