I attempt to start the s51 as a TCP server with port 8000. Then I pick "abc" as the name of the non-existing file.
In one window I execute:
s51 -Z8000 -C abc
In another window I execute:
telnet 127.0.0.1 8000
I get this as a result with no further contents on the screen:
Trying 127.0.0.1...
Connected to 127.0.0.1.
Escape character is '^]'.
But if I change "abc" to a file that does exist with valid s51 commands then I receive this as expected when connecting with telnet:
Trying 127.0.0.1...
Connected to 127.0.0.1.
Escape character is '^]'.

What I was expecting when issuing s51 command on a non-existing file was a warning or some error message.
Also, if I remove the -Z option to execute s51 locally with a non-existing file, then the program appears to start as normal while making no mention that the file specified as a parameter does not exist.
