I think the reason the servers aren't showing up in any of the
browsers is because of this error:

SCIQR: You need to set [IpDrv.SCIQR]'s 'IP' field in your .ini
SCIQR: ...otherwise, we won't talk to the Andromeda server.
SCIQR: ...Set IP to your server's public address!

Maybe if the IP was set in this field, it would show up in the browser.
