#7132 GUI: Launcher flickers when removing a game with a filter

Using latest from git.

1) In the launcher, filter the list do display only a few items.
2) Choose a game and press "Remove game". Confirm.

The game list will show all games for a few frames before applying the filter and displaying a shorter list.
